Sometimes in business and life we need to take a step back and recover for a while, just like we do with vigorous exercise. To recover we don’t need to do a full stop and just sit around, we can instead do an active recovery, without actually stopping completely. Learn something new, exercise, do something with the family. Always be self aware enough to know when you need to slow down to not burn out or do damage.
