Just because we have always done something a certain way doesn’t mean that is the only way we can or should do it. We have to be constantly analyzing what we are doing and if it still makes sense to do it the way we always have. You don’t have to eat turkey and dressing just because everyone else is. Today, identify 3 patterns that you want to challenge to see if there is a better way to do those 3 things.
