This particular situation happened in my office where a dentist refused x-rays and this was a head-scratcher for me. I could not understand why a dentist would refuse the same thing he uses to diagnose his own patients. When I worked through this I realized there was a gap in my communication at the heart of this situation, and this gap was also showing up in other areas of my life.
