How often do you beat yourself up over something inconsequential?  As part of my first quarterly challenge this year, I’ve been following a restricted diet.  A friend who also decided to follow this diet called me in a bit of a panic.  The cause?  He ate a burrito.  He truly felt horrible about it.  While he may have strayed from the diet, he realized something crucial; the pattern he’s been running doesn’t serve him.  Today we’re going to dig into the topic of patterns and how they shape our lives.  Listen to find out how recognizing patterns and sources of discomfort is the first step in creating real change in your life.
