The Seagull Approach is simply walking by and dropping things or work on someone’s desk and continuing to walk right on by. This is good because it implies a level of trust in your team, but oftentimes people need more than that, they need direction. When you do things like this you need to be sure you are setting yourself and your team up for success, not frustration. The same ideas hold true in your family life.
