Full range leadership means having the ability to be super intense, soft, empathetic, have perspective, discipline, as well as being relatable to others who operate completely differently. It’s important to bring the same intensity to holding others to a standard as it is to supporting them when the situation calls for it. Others need to know that you can go from one extreme to another all with the intention of wanting the best for them.
