Doing overhead presses can be an easy way to injure yourself if you aren’t very careful, and in many ways the same results can be obtained with a different, less risky exercise. Where in your life are you unnecessarily pressing overhead when it isn’t going to serve you and will only lead to an injury? Once you get that massive weight up, it’s going to come right back down on you.
