Most of the time I am pedal to the metal from the second I wake up. When I work out I pick a 15 minute bike ride. Except today, I actually choose to sleep late and decided to do a 45 minute ride, and I couldn’t be more at peace with the fact that giving myself space to breath a little actually had a positive impact on my week. Where in your world are you not giving yourself room to breath?
